During the audit an opening meeting with all employees takes place in order to work transparently and to involve all parties. The audit is carried out according to the previously prepared schedule, the individual implementation of guidelines is considered and practicable solutions are discussed. During an audit there is the opportunity to ask questions and discuss aspects of the guidelines that are difficult to implement.
At the end of the audit day the results are presented in a preliminary report.
